2. How the Auctions Work.
   2.1 The auctions are not like an eBay auction, they are timed auctions.
   2.2 How time auctions work. Bidding is open 24 hours before the auction is due to close.  As they are timed auctions, if a bid is received within the last 60 seconds then the lot is extended for a further 60 seconds. This prevents bidders sniping in at the last possible moment and allows everyone a fair chance at winning the lots.
   
   

3. How to Bid.
   3.1 Bid Directly, as the name suggests, this is a direct bid against the current bid amount.
   3.2 Auto Bid, You place a bid on the item, you enter the max amount you are willing to pay for the item. If the item is £1.00 but you know it is worth £15 to you. You can put a bid of £15 on the item. The seller and other bidders do not know your maximum bid amount. Then our system places bids on your behalf starting with the next bid increment for the auction. The bid increment is the amount by which a bid will be raised each time the current bid is outdone. It is predetermined based on the current highest bid.
   3.3 Staying ahead, in the final moments if you are the leading bidder, please keep refreshing your page to ensure you are still leading and are not sniped by a last second bid.
   
   

4. Winning bids and Payment.
   4.1 If you are lucky enough to win and auction.  You can view the auctions your have won by going to "My Account" and clicking on on auctions your have won or simply click here "Auctions you won"
   4.2 Payment - We accept paypal or all major credit and debit cards through paypal.  When viewing the auctions you have won, you there will be a payment link.  Click on continue and pay with paypal it will offer either paypal or payment via credit or debit card.
   4.3 Payment is due with 48 hours of the auction ending, failure to pay with 48 hours of the auction being won, gives Equiflair Saddlery Ltd the option to terminate the contract and cancel the sale.
   
   

5. Shipping and Delivery
   5.1 Shipping for all auction items is £4.95 unless specified in the listing.
   5.2 Delivery will be with 2 - 3 working days of receiving payment, via either Royal Mail or FedEx, the means of delivery is at the discretion of Equiflair Saddlery Ltd.
   
   

6. Returns 
   6.1 Auction items are non-returnable.
